Neighborhood Development Services, Inc. obtains funds to assist private rental property owners, homeowners, and home buyers with the rehabilitation of homes.

Owner Occupied Rehab

The owner occupied rehab program provides low interest loans up to $33,000 to homeowners for the repair of their home.

Homeowners may have repairs such as new windows, roof, electrical, plumbing, and even siding. This program does not include upgrading or remodeling.

Home Repair

The purpose of this program is to provide one home repair item up to $11,000 to single-family homes.

Eligible activities include: emergency repairs, handicapped accessibility, furnace, electrical, plumbing, roof, and more.

Down Payment Rehab

Loans available for down payment assistance and rehabilitation on your new home.
